Gravity Hub connects to third-party services on your behalf, including shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and e-commerce and marketplace platforms (such as Shopify and Amazon). Gravity Hub is not any of these providers, is not owned or operated by them, and is not endorsed by them.

Trademarks

All product names, logos, service marks, and trademarks shown in Gravity Hub, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, Shopify, and Amazon, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Rates, estimates, and data are provided by the third party

Shipping charges, surcharges, delivery dates, transit times, inventory levels, order data, and similar information shown in Gravity Hub are retrieved from third-party APIs and are provided "as is". They are estimates or point-in-time values, and the amounts a provider actually bills, or the data it holds, may differ. Gravity Hub does not guarantee any rate, delivery date, service outcome, or data accuracy.

Your own accounts govern

Actions you take through Gravity Hub, such as creating a shipping label or syncing an order, are performed against your own account with the relevant provider and are billed to and are the responsibility of that account. Your use of each provider's services is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions in effect at the time. For shipping carriers this includes the applicable carrier service guide or tariff (for example, the FedEx Service Guide, available at fedex.com). In the event of any conflict, the provider's terms control with respect to that provider's services.

Gravity Hub is not a carrier

Gravity Hub does not transport, handle, or take custody of any shipment, and is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, customs action, or any other act or omission of FedEx, UPS, USPS, or any other carrier or third-party provider.

Availability

Which providers, services, label formats, accessorials, and features are available depends on your account entitlements with each provider and on those providers' systems, and may change without notice.
